• Working on End to End recruitment process by Sourcing and Screening suitable candidates from Job Boards like Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed etc as per the clients requirements.
• Utilize multiple internet resources, including social networking techniques to source candidates.
• Present career opportunities to qualified applicants. Build and maintain strong relationships with peers and stakeholders.
• Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization. Great communication and strong negotiation skills are required.
• Should be comfortable working in night shifts (Work timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST)
